Notification from: Dupont Manual High (119)
Last night, we became aware of a social media post threatening "Dupont" students and teachers. As you may have already learned, the school in the post is NOT our duPont Manual High School. The school in question is Dupont Middle School in Massachusetts. And, in fact, the author of the social media post, also from Massachusetts, has been arrested. The post was seen by many and caused understandable concern among our parents, students, and staff. Safety continues to be our highest priority. Although this threat did not concern our school, we continue to ensure that Manual is as safe as possible. To that end, a reminder that our new Safety Committee will meet Wednesday, March 21th at 2:30 PM in Room 134. Future meetings will occur in the evenings, to accommodate work schedules. Minutes from Wednesday's meeting will be shared via our PTSA. Thank you! Friday, March 16. 2018
