The PTSA budget is reviewed annually in the spring & summer, drafted in the summer & fall, and presented for approval at the general membership meeting that takes place during Manual’s fall Open House, usually the 2nd Thursday in September. The Standing Rules govern our operating procedures and guide our meeting flow. We are updating our Standing Rules for the new school year and will post when available. PTSA meetings are open and are generally held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 8:30-10:00am in the Freshman Cafeteria. There are many other times that help is needed.
