See Q & A below:

Q: When do tickets go on sale and where?

A: Tickets go on sale Monday, April 17th. You may purchase them in Mrs. Stottman’ s room (room 221) either during White 3 or after school, also in room 221. All of your assessments must be paid in order to buy your tickets. We do accept checks. Please make them payable to Manual High School and put the student’s name and grade in the memo line.

Q: I would like to get pictures taken with my date. What are the picture packages and prices?

A: We are using the same photographer as last year, CS Photography. Packages will be given out with ticket sales. Call CS photography (502.891.0481) with any other further questions about pictures.

Q: Do dates from another school need the dance guest form?

A: Yes, we will continue to use the dance guest forms for prom. You may pick up a form from the front office or as you purchase your ticket. If your date is 20 years of age or older, you need to speak with Mr. Mayes to gain permission.

Q: I have never been to The Olmsted. Is there free parking?

A: Yes, there is plenty of parking around the venue. There is no reason to worry about parking. There will be parking lot attendants to help with parking.

Q: What items do my date and I need to have with us to get in?

A: All Manual students must have their school I.D. People that are not students at Manual will need to have their school or state-issued I.D and enter with a Manual student.

Q: Are tickets going to be sold at the door the night of the event?

A: No, tickets will not be on sale at the door.

Q: I am planning on taking a limousine to prom and I have heard there were some issues with limousines getting into the parking area. Are the any specific instructions that the limo drivers need to know about the entrances to the Olmsted?

A: Please direct all questions about special limousines instruction to The Olmsted staff. (502.899.7670)

A: There will be a large array of exquisite hors d’oeuvres and desserts. The food provided is not intended to be a full meal.
