Thank you to all of the team members, parents, Manual staff and friends for your support during the 2012-2013 season.
Bowling is beginning its seventh season at duPont Manual High School for boys and girls. The upcoming season looks to be promising for both teams. The boys are returning a strong core of bowlers from last year’s teams. We look forward to the addition of some outstanding new team members for both teams.
This past season the Crimson Rams marked several noteworthy individual accomplishments in their sixth season. For the girls’ sophomore Delayna Shulak was voted to All-City first team and seniors Raylin Benningfield and Amber Kleitz were selected to All-City second team. For the boys' senior Kiefer Hillerich was selected to All-City first team and juniors Ben Santini and Kyle Abell were both selected to the All-City second team. Kiefer Hillerich also won the State singles tournament.
The regular season starts in November. Regionals are scheduled for mid- January. The State Championship is February 13th and 14th in Lexington at Collins Eastland Lanes.
Even if you are new to bowling, come on out. Our coaching staff has years of experience of taking brand new bowlers from the novice level to being a contributing a member of the starting lineup. It’s all up to you.
